All Claims
Due to the risks of property damage and Personal injury, compatible loading assistance is limited only to the act of assisting the customer in putting the purchased goods in their vehicles. Other than that, no assistance is available. Nova Furniture and its team cannot provide the following services to customers:
- Move or rearrange existing items in customer's vehicles.
- Remove seats from vehicles
- Try to put things in vehicles that they will not fit; or
- Attach items to trailers, roofs or trunks.
Nova Furniture will not be liable for any personal injury or property damage that occurred while providing loading assistance.
We reserve the right to refuse to load goods that could present injury, property damage or unsafe conditions for our affiliates or customers.
ALL CLAIMS FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE MUST BE PRESENTED WITHIN 72 HOURS AFTER DELIVERY OR PICKUP!
-Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
-Make sure to retain the original packing furniture and be sure to include all the parts and accessories.
